In part 3 of the series, "Hot Topics For A Hot Summer." Dr. Ivan Parke preaches from the book of Job on the subject of suffering and how "Why?" is a legitimate question, but "What do I do?" is a better question.  Dr. Parke is Professor and Assistant to the Chair in the Department of Christian Studies at Mississippi College, where he has served since 1998.  He teaches Introduction to the Old Testament and New Testament, Exegesis in Poetic and Wisdom Literature, Exegesis in the Pentateuch as well as Elementary and Intermediate Hebrew.  Dr. Parke is no stranger to Easthaven, serving as Interim on two different occasions.
